At Osteria Damare, our menu celebrates the flavours of the sea with a carefully selected offering based on the availability of fresh seasonal ingredients. Raw seafood, fish starters, homemade pasta dishes and grilled specialities come together in a menu designed to showcase the authentic flavours of the Venetian Lagoon and its rich seafood tradition.
Our selection changes according to the daily catch and includes fresh raw seafood, traditional cicchetti, seafood starters, pasta with clams, cuttlefish, tuna and bottarga, crispy fried seafood, grilled fish and other seasonal specialities inspired by the best ingredients available each day.
